How therapy for anxiety can help

In anxiety therapy, we begin by slowing down to understand how you experience anxiety in your mind and in your body.

We get curious about where your anxiety comes from and what it has been protecting you from. Often, anxiety develops for a reason, and part of our work is understanding those roots and how your system learned to respond over time.

Alongside this, we focus on how anxiety is showing up for you in the present, especially in your nervous system. This can include learning how to notice your internal cues earlier, creating more space in moments of activation, and finding ways to feel more grounded and supported in your body.

Over time, this work helps you begin to relate to yourself in a different way, with more self-trust and internal safety. The goal is not to eliminate anxiety completely, but to help you feel more connected to yourself and more present in your life, with a greater sense of steadiness.

If this resonates with you, I invite you to reach out to see if working together feels like a good fit.
