about me
I know what it’s like to navigate anxiety and trauma, and I bring both experience and compassion to therapy.

I’m a licensed clinical social worker offering virtual sessions in New York. I earned my Bachelor’s degree in Psychology and Sociology and my Master’s degree in Social Work from Stony Brook University. I have completed trainings in trauma-informed and experiential approaches, including IFS, EFT, AEDP and others that guide my work.
I believe healing happens when we feel safe enough to slow down, become curious about our inner experiences, and reconnect with ourselves in a meaningful way. I take a mind-body and trauma informed approach that emphasizes safety, connection, and collaboration.
In our work together, we focus on both emotional experiences and the nervous system. Therapy may involve exploring patterns shaped by past experiences, understanding how stress and emotions show up in the body, and developing tools that support regulation, self awareness, and resilience. The pace of therapy is intentional and responsive, allowing insight and integration to unfold over time.
I work with adults navigating anxiety, trauma, emotional overwhelm, relationship challenges, and life transitions. Rather than focusing on quick fixes or surface level change, I support clients in building a deeper understanding of themselves and cultivating a stronger sense of self trust and emotional steadiness.
I tailor therapy to each individual, meeting you where you are and honoring your unique needs and goals. My aim is to create a space that feels grounded, attuned, and nonjudgmental, where you can show up as you are and begin to make sense of your inner world.

I love exploring the city, whether it’s checking out new restaurants or wandering through neighborhoods. Sauna and cold plunge are my way to reset and recharge. I also enjoy cozy downtime, like bingeing a show, getting lost in a thriller, or listening to podcasts, especially comedy.
I find joy in small adventures, curiosity, and the little rituals that make everyday life feel vibrant.
