Hi there, I’m Nicole.
I’m a licensed psychotherapist practicing in New York, offering virtual therapy to adults who feel overwhelmed, disconnected, or stuck in patterns that no longer serve them. If you are navigating anxiety, trauma, or a sense that something just feels off, you are not alone and you are in the right place.
